Strap Information

Is the strap compatible with my Apple Watch?

For now, we've focussed on designing straps for the 42mm Apple Watch. The straps can be used with both series 1 and series 2 Apple Watches.

How should I care for the strap's leather?

A gentle, damp cloth can help clean it, but we don’t recommend fully submerging the strap.

Will it fit?

One size fits most. The straps are designed to fit wrist sizes ranging from 150mm to 200mm in circumference.

How do I change my Apple Watch strap?

Hold down the band release button, then slide the current band across to remove it. Next, slide in the new band, until you hear a click. For more details information, check out Apples support page.

 

 

Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

We’ve carefully selected one shipping option for you: PostNL’s Priority International Shipping, with Track & Trace and insurance. A signature upon delivery is required.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We ship to all countries in Europe and a lot of countries worldwide. Check the Shipping page for all countries and their corresponding shipping times.

How long will it take to get my package?

Once you place an order on our website, the order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Check the Shipping page for the shipping time corresponding to your country.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to any country in Europe is free. Shipping to other countries costs €10.

How do I track my order?

Once we dispatch your order, you'll receive an email with the tracking code of your package. From then on, you can track your order here.

 
 

 

Payment Information

What payment methods are accepted?

We use Stripe to process our payments. This means that we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also pay with PayPal. Oh, and we also support Apple Pay, obviously!

Is buying on-line safe?

Your privacy is key. See the https:// in the address bar? That indicates that our whole website is protected by the modern SSL secure communication protocol, which ensures that the communication beween you and our servers is completely encrypted.

How do I track my order?

Right after you fulfil your order, you will receive an email with your order details. Within 1 to 3 business days we will sent you a Track&Trace tracking number from PostNL.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. The faster you are the bigger the chance we can fix it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order.

Do you offer warranty?

We stand by our products. If anything breaks during regular use within 1 year, we’ll replace it. Simple.

How can I return a product?
